We all experience uncertainty, stuck places, self-judgment, and miscommunication. We all have the capacity for joy, hope, compassion, and curiosity. Sometimes we need help understanding and managing the painful parts of our lives, and sometimes we need help nurturing the hopeful, joyful parts. This is where therapy can be helpful.

I bring to the table over 20 years of experience and learning that has led me to explore in depth several different therapeutic modalities from which I draw, depending on what fits the client. The fields of psychotherapy and mental health continue to evolve, and I am a constant student of that evolution so that I stay fresh and current.

Therapy offers an opportunity to get help in decoding and understanding our unique way of being in the world. We do that by getting curious about things like your history, your experiences, your relationships, and how you process information from the world around and within you. There is no one way that I work with everyone because everyone is different, and how our parts come together is what makes each person unique.
